All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without notice. Confirmed orders will be charged at the price shown at the time the order is placed, unless an error has occurred or additional services are requested.
Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the website or otherwise approved by USU to you.
Your order may not be confirmed or processed until payment has been received.
- Delivery
Delivery is subject to availability, delivery zones, order cut-off times, minimum order requirements and any other delivery conditions stated on the website or provided to you at the time of order.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery postcode and applicable delivery zone. Available delivery areas, fees and minimum order requirements may change from time to time and will be shown on the website or at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the delivery address, contact person, phone number, delivery date, delivery time, access instructions, parking or loading dock information, and any relevant building entry requirements.
USU to you will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the confirmed delivery window. However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues, campus conditions, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect information, lack of access, no authorised person being available to receive the order, or circumstances outside our control, additional fees may apply.
For locations outside our listed delivery zones, delivery may not be available through standard checkout. Please contact our team for a tailored quote.
- Dietary requirements and allergies
You are responsible for providing accurate dietary requirements, allergy information and special instructions at the time of order.
USU to you will take reasonable care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where notified in advance. However, food may be prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from traces of allergens.
